Job summary

CPP Clinics is seeking a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant to join Altaire Clinic in Fargo, ND. The role focuses on holistic care across hormone replacement therapy, wellness and weight management, primary care, and aesthetic services, delivering patient-centered treatment plans.

You will support ongoing patient relationships, perform thorough examinations, document care in EMR, educate patients, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure safe, effective outcomes

Qualifications

• ND licensed RN/NP/PA with current ND license.
• 3+ years’ experience with HRT, weight loss and wellness is strongly preferred.
• Aesthetics experience preferred; clinical/hospital bedside experience required.
• Strong communication, compassionate bedside manner, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care across HRT, wellness, weight management, primary care, and preventive services.
• Conduct comprehensive patient examinations and assess suitability for aesthetic treatments.
• Document encounters and outcomes in EMR in a timely, accurate manner.
• Manage acute issues and follow-up visits under physician supervision.
• Educate patients on procedures, post-care, and expectations.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to practice policies and safety standards.
• Participate in meetings, training, and continuing education.
