Job summary

CPP Clinics, in partnership with Altaire Clinic in Fargo, ND, is seeking a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative team focused on hormone therapy, wellness, weight management and aesthetic services. The role emphasizes patient relationships, proactive care, and high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has ND licensure, 3+ years in HRT/weight management, and experience in aesthetics or a clinical hospital setting, with a strong patient-centered

Qualifications

• ND licensed RN/NP/PA with current credentials.
• 3+ years of HRT, weight loss and wellness experience preferred.
• Experience in aesthetics is strongly preferred and clinical hospital experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care across HRT, wellness, weight-management, primary care and preventive services.
• Document patient encounters and treatment plans in the EMR accurately.
• Manage acute complaints and follow-up visits under physician supervision.
• Support patient education and counseling for aesthetic procedures and aftercare.
• Maintain professional presentation and uphold clinic standards and policies.
• Participate in meetings, training and continuing education to stay current in aesthetic medicine.
• Assist and support CPP and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
