Job summary

Altaire Clinic in Fargo, ND, is seeking a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant to join an experienced team dedicated to comprehensive wellness and aesthetic care. The position is full-time (36 hours/week) and requires collaboration with physicians and senior providers to deliver safe, effective, and personalized care in a modern clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant with active ND license.
• 3+ years’ experience in HRT, weight loss and wellness preferred.
• Aesthetics experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care across HRT, wellness, weight-management, primary care, and preventive services.
• Conduct comprehensive patient examinations and document in EMR.
• Manage acute issues and follow-up visits under physician supervision.
• Educate patients on procedures, aftercare, and outcomes.
• Maintain clinical environment, inventories, and adherence to safety policies.
• Support team with patient engagement and events as needed.
