The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team in the Show Low, Arizona area. This is a full-time on-site role where you will deliver advanced, consultative Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) care to patients within a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.

What You will Do

• Provide advanced clinical care, comprehensive physical exams, and patient assessments in skilled nursing facilities.
• Interpret lab results, diagnostic findings, prescribe medications, and manage therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and educate patients and families on care plans.
• Provide consultative PM&R services under physician supervision and guidance.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Advanced clinical assessment, diagnostic skills, and prescriptive authority.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
