Premise Health in Thief River Falls, MN is seeking a Part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Health and Wellness Center. You will provide primary care and light occupational health, conduct exams, educate patients, and coordinate with the care team.

We offer a CEU allowance and a supportive, close-knit team. This role features a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and a meaningful, balanced work‑life experience.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license to practice.
• Active Nurse Practitioner license and prescriptive authority where applicable.
• Current national certification (ANCC or AANP) required.

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines.
• Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
• Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care.
• Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
• Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies.
• Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed.
• Maintains patient health records with accurate documentation.
• Educates and coaches nursing staff on best practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• Maintains state RN licenses/certificates to practice
• Maintains Nurse Practitioner licenses/certificates to practice
• Maintains State Prescriptive Authority (if applicable)
• Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable)
• Current national certification (ANCC or AANP required)
• Master’s Degree in Science of Nursing (if Master Degree in Science certificate does not state Nursing on it then a copy of transcripts is required)
• Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $62,400.00 - $78,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
