Responsibilities

• Provide primary and palliative care services, focusing on symptom management and quality of life.
• Conduct comprehensive history and physical exams for patients with complex illnesses.
• Lead goals-of-care discussions, including advance care planning and code status conversations.
• Facilitate completion and updates of advance directives and end-of-life care preferences.
• Manage symptoms using pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic approaches.
