NPHire in Lafayette, IN is hiring a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a four-day outpatient role. See newborn through age 22, 20–25 patients per day, with one weekly evening clinic and one Saturday per month.

No after-hours or hospital calls; four days per week, about 32 clinical hours. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000–$130,000 annually based on experience, plus a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and benefits including medical/dental/vision and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Board-certified PNP-BC, CPNP, or PA-C.
• Eligible for Indiana APRN or PA licensure.
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain before start.
• Strong communication skills with children and families.
• Genuine team orientation; small practice, collaboration is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care from newborn through age 22.
• Perform well-child visits and same-day sick visits for 20–25 patients per day.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Educate patients and families on preventive care, growth and development, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the physician owner and fellow providers.

An established physician-owned private pediatric practice in Lafayette, Indiana is hiring a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a four-day workweek outpatient role seeing 20–25 patients per day from newborn through age 22. No after-hours call, no hospital call, no newborn nursery responsibilities. One evening clinic per week until 7:00 PM and one Saturday morning per month from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. That is the entire commitment outside standard clinic days.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care from newborn through age 22
• Perform well-child visits and same-day sick visits across a panel of 20–25 patients per day
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Educate patients and families on preventive care, growth and development, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Collaborate closely with the physician owner and fellow providers
