Job summary

THE KIDS CLINIC, PLLC in Spokane, WA is seeking a dedicated Pediatric NP or Family NP to join our outpatient team delivering comprehensive pediatric primary care from infancy through young adulthood.

You will perform well-child exams, developmental screenings, acute visits, behavioral health evaluations, and chronic condition management, with a 4-day workweek, no on-call, and a supportive team-based approach.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP in pediatrics or family medicine.
• Active WA ARNP license, RN license, DEA, and CPR/BLS/AED certification.
• Experience in pediatrics or family practice.
• Proficient with EHR systems, preferably eClinicalWorks.

Responsibilities

• Provide well-child and acute care visits across 0–19 years.
• Manage chronic conditions and coordinate behavioral health evaluations.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff while maintaining clinical autonomy.

What We're Looking For

• Board-Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Comfortable managing a broad range of pediatric primary care conditions
• Active WA State ARNP, RN, DEA license + CPR/BLS/AED certification (required)
• Proficiency with EHR systems (previous experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills and a child-and-family-centered approach
