Job summary

NPHire is hiring a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Lafayette, Indiana, for a private physician-owned practice. The role offers full-scope pediatric primary care from newborn to 22 years, with a four-day work week and 32 clinical hours.

Expect 20–25 patient days with no on-call requirements. Requirements include PNP-BC/CPNP or PA-C, Indiana APRN/PA licensure eligibility, and active DEA registration.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP-BC) or Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C).
• APR/NPA licensure in Indiana or license eligible.
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope pediatric primary care from newborn to age 22.
• See 20–25 patients per day across a four-day work week.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Educate families on preventive care, growth, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and collaborate with the physician owner.
