Elmwood Primary Care, a hospital-employed outpatient family medicine practice affiliated with MaineGeneral Medical Center in Waterville, Maine, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our patient-centered team. You will manage your own panel of patients, provide team-based care with the practice medical staff, care management, a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and an LCSW.

The schedule features four days (32 hours) of clinical work plus one 8-hour admin time day.

Formación

• Active APRN or PA license in Maine.
• Direct clinical experience in primary care preferred.
• New graduates with extensive related experience may be considered.

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate Elmwood Primary Care, a hospital employed, outpatient family medicine practice located in Waterville, Maine, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our dynamic, patient-centered team. In this role, you will manage your own panel of patients, providing team-based care in collaboration with the practice medical staff, care management, a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and an LCSW. In addition to joining a great team, enjoy a four day (32 hours) per week clinical schedule and an 8 hour day dedicated to administrative time. Direct clinical experience as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant is strongly preferred, however we will consider a new graduate with extensive, related experience.
