MercyOne Genesis - Silvis, IL Clinic invites applications for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Surgery/OR. This full-time role offers a $10k starting bonus, a team-based environment, and a physician-led medical group prioritizing wellness and work-life balance.

The position includes pre- and post-operative patient visits, surgery-assist duties, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no on-call or weekend work. Illinois license and board-eligible credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program or Physician Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Provide services at MercyOne Genesis - Silvis, IL Clinic and hospital.
• Pre- and post-operative visits with patients in clinic.
• Assist a group of established Surgeons in surgery.
• M-F - No call - No weekends.

• Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program or Physician Assistant program
• Experienced Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) preferred but will consider other relative experience
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Illinois
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
