MercyOne Genesis – Silvis, IL Clinic is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Surgery/OR. This full-time role offers a $10,000 starting bonus, generous PTO/CME PTO, CME allowance, and comprehensive benefits.

The position is based at the Silvis clinic and hospital, with M-F hours and no weekend call. You will work with surgeons in the OR and in-clinic pre/post-operative visits, in a physician-led group promoting leadership, wellness, and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate from accredited Nursing Program or Physician Assistant program.
• Experienced Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) preferred but will consider other relative experience.
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Illinois.
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary.
• Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt).

Responsibilities

• Pre- and post-operative visits with patients in clinic.
• Assist a group of established Surgeons in surgery.
• Provide services at the MercyOne Genesis - Silvis, IL Clinic and hospital.
• M-F - No call - No weekends.
• Collaborative team environment focusing on patient care, patient/family education and outcomes.
