Job summary

MercyOne Genesis in Silvis, IL Clinic and hospital is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support pre- and post-operative visits and assist surgeons in the OR.

This full-time, employed opportunity includes a $10,000 commencement bonus, CME allowance of $3,000 annually, generous PTO/CME PTO, comprehensive benefits, malpractice tail coverage, a 403(b) retirement plan with company match, and no on-call or weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorates degree from accredited Nursing Program or Physician Assistant program.
• Unrestricted Illinois license to practice required.
• Authorized to prescribe medications with state/federal authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-operative visits in clinic.
• Assist surgeons in the operating room.
• Work a Monday–Friday schedule with no call and no weekends.

The Opportunity

Qualifications
Masters or Doctorates degree from accredited Nursing Program or Physician Assistant program
Experienced Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) preferred but will consider other relative experience
Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Illinois
Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the field of practice
