Job summary

MercyOne Genesis – Silvis, IL Clinic and hospital is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support surgical services in a collaborative team. You will perform pre‑ and post‑operative visits and assist surgeons during procedures.

This full‑time role offers competitive compensation, a $10,000 commencement bonus, CME allowance, generous PTO/CME PTO, and comprehensive benefits including malpractice tail coverage and a 403(b) plan with company match. No on‑call, no weekend duties.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nursing Program or Physician Assistant program
• Unrestricted Illinois license to practice
• Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)

Qualifications

• Experienced Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) preferred but will consider other relative experience
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Illinois
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States (H1‑B cap exempt)
