About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Du Quoin, IL. You’ll work alongside three physicians in a collaborative, supportive environment focused on patient-centered care.

In this role, you will:

• Perform physical exams and assess patient health
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
• Provide preventive care and patient education

This is an on-site position with a strong emphasis on community-based care and improving long-term health outcomes.
