Job summary

Low T Center in Tennessee is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide hormone health and wellness care, building lasting relationships with patients. You’ll collaborate with a physician director and a supportive team, following protocols while applying clinical judgment.

We offer two weeks of paid training, hotel accommodations, mileage reimbursement, and a $65/hour training rate. Regular shifts pay $65/hour with Saturday shifts at $400 for 4 hours.

Qualifications

  • Active Tennessee NP license in good standing.
  • Current DEA license.
  • NP, APRN, or FNP credentials.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 2 weekdays per week.
  • Availability to work 2 Saturdays per month, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients.
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide care related to hormone replacement, weight management, sleep apnea, hypertension, low libido, and other wellness concerns.
  • Educate patients and explain complex medical information clearly.
  • Follow established protocols while using clinical judgment.
  • Collaborate with the Physician Medical Director and Center Director.
  • Create a welcoming, upbeat, patient-focused clinic environment.
  • Encourage and support your clinic team.
  • Take an active role in the success and growth of the center.

We'll Set You Up for Success

Starting somewhere new shouldn't mean being thrown into the deep end.

We provide two full weeks of paid training to help you learn our clinical protocols, programs, systems, and approach to patient care.

Training includes
  • 10 consecutive Monday–Friday training days
  • Hotel accommodations provided
  • Mileage reimbursement provided
  • $65/hour paid training rate
Compensation
  • $65/hour for training and weekday clinical shifts
  • $400 per Saturday shift
  • Saturday shifts are only 4 hours
Clinic Hours
  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

Clinic lunch closure: 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM

What You Need to Join Our Team
  • Active Tennessee Nurse Practitioner license in good standing, unencumbered and undisciplined
  • Current DEA license
  • NP, APRN, or FNP credentials
  • Availability to work a minimum of 2 weekdays per week
