Job summary

SynergenX | Low T Center is seeking an NP, APRN, FNP, or PA for a PRN mid-level provider role at the Pineville, NC clinic. You will deliver patient-focused care in a busy hormone, weight management, and wellness program, collaborating with the Medical Director and Center Director.

The schedule includes weekend hours and a paid training block; strong communication, energy, and teamwork are valued. This role emphasizes building relationships and explaining medical options in plain language.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina NP or PA license in good standing, unencumbered, and without disciplinary action.
• Current DEA license.
• Current Controlled Substance License.
• Must be available to work: 2 Saturdays in a 4-week month; 3 Saturdays in a 5-week month.
• Must be available for 10 consecutive weekdays of paid training (2 weeks) following clinic hours.

Credentialing & Screening

As part of our standard screening and credentialing process, our Credentialing team will verify applicable professional licenses and NPI/taxonomy information.

Candidates should be prepared to provide the information needed to confirm that required licenses and credentials are active, in good standing, and within the provider's scope of practice.

• Monday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM-1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
