As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) at CenterWell Senior Primary Care, you will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This team includes physicians, pharmacists, care coaches, behavioral health specialists, and more-all working together. They deliver personalized, high-quality care.

You'll report to the Associate Medical Director from your home base at our West Orange clinic in Orlando, Florida, with flexible coverage across the Orlando market

Your Role & Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Master's Degree in Nursing or completion of a PA program with board certification.
• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum one year Experience in value-based care, primary care or Medicare Advantage settings.
• Minimum one year experience as an APP

Preferred:

• Active DEA license and Medicare/Medicaid provider numbers or ability to obtain DEA license and/or Medicaid and Medicare numbers
• Familiarity with HEDIS quality indicators and Medicare guidelines. #LIFM1

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$123,800 - $170,300 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
