Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA with an active, unrestricted license in at least one U.S. state.
• Multi-state licensure is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in emergency, primary, or urgent care setting.
• Comfortable using digital tools and adapting to evolving technology and workflows.
• Exceptional communication and patient engagement skills.
• Team-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted assessments to identify root causes of symptoms and health concerns.
• Integrate clinical expertise with patient history and diagnostics to guide care.

We’re seeking a patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. You’ll deliver high-touch, personalized care through our innovative virtual platform, working side-by-side with physicians, fellow Advanced Practice Providers (APP) and other members of a multidisciplinary team. Pay Range is $55- $70/hr

Shift is four (4) - 10 hour days with rotating weekends

Amaze Health is located in the Denver Tech Center (DTC) at Bellview and I25.
