Job summary

Rock Health is seeking a full-time primary care provider (NP/PA) to manage a diverse patient panel through in-office, testing center, and telehealth visits. The role includes clinical assessments, procedures, and collaboration with in-person and virtual teams, with ongoing education via weekly Clinical Rounds.

Qualifications

• Accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• California state licensure required.
• 2+ years outpatient primary care experience (or 1+ year with additional primary care/urgent care in last 5 years).
• LARC insertion and colposcopy experience a plus.
• Strong communication, tech proficiency, and evidence-based primary care expertise.
• Commitment to human-centered care, teamwork, adaptability, and reflective feedback.
