Job description

We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to manage a diverse patient panel, providing acute, chronic, and preventive care in-office, via testing centers, and occasionally through telehealth. Responsibilities include conducting in-office procedures, collaborating with in-person and virtual teams, and participating in ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and other methods. The role requires state licensure in California, with experience in outpatient primary care (minimum of 2 years), and skills in evidence-based primary care, effective communication, and technology use. Additional skills such as LARC insertion and colposcopy are a plus.
Ideal candidates demonstrate a passion for human-centered primary care, adaptability, teamwork, and openness to feedback. They should confidently navigate uncertain situations and meet patient needs with professionalism. The position is based in San Francisco, CA, at our Transbay Center office.Qualifications include completion of an accredited NP or PA program with national certification, licensure in California, and relevant outpatient primary care experience.
