Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health in Washington, DC seeks a full-time Primary Care Provider (NP or PA) to manage a diverse patient panel across acute, chronic, and wellness visits, including in-office, testing center, and telehealth care.

You will collaborate with both in-person and virtual clinical teams, perform in-office procedures, and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds while pursuing additional licensure for virtual care as needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• Outpatient primary care experience: 2 years, or 1 year with fellowship/urgent care in last 5 years.
• Current state license in Washington, DC.
