AccessHealth is seeking a full-time healthcare provider to manage a diverse patient panel through in-office and telehealth visits. You will deliver evidence-based primary care, perform procedures, and collaborate with clinical teams in daily huddles while pursuing ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds.

Washington licensure at start and credentialing for virtual care across states are required to maintain excellence in care and adaptability to patient needs.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• Licensed in Washington at start date.
• 2+ years outpatient primary care experience (or 1 year + fellowship/urgent care).
• Strong communication, human-centered care, adaptability and teamwork.
• Comfort with technology and navigating uncertain situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel, providing comprehensive care for a variety of needs.
• Conduct in-office, testing center, and telehealth visits.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team collaboration.
• Perform in-office procedures as trained.
• Obtain additional licensure for virtual care across states as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $146,100 to $174,700, with additional pay based on experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, 401K match, paid parental leave, malpractice insurance, CME stipend, and more, supporting both personal well-being and professional growth.
