Florida Heart & Vascular is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support electrophysiology services in Fort Lauderdale and Plantation, with a mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP or PA required.
• Active Florida license or ability to obtain before starting.
• Cardiology experience preferred; electrophysiology experience a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with cardiac arrhythmias and other cardiovascular conditions.
• Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Perform hospital rounds and assist with cardiovascular consultations.
• Review EKGs, imaging, labs, and other testing.
• Manage cardiovascular medications and treatment plans with physicians.
• Provide patient education and ongoing care coordination.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

As we continue to expand our electrophysiology services throughout Broward County, we are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established, physician-led team. This role will support our Fort Lauderdale and Plantation clinics and affiliated hospitals, providing a mix of outpatient and inpatient electrophysiology care. It is an excellent opportunity for an APP with a cardiology background to develop specialized EP expertise and grow their career with an expanding cardiovascular practice.

Job Highlights

• Full-time electrophysiology position

Key Responsibilities
