Health First Medical Group in Florida is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for an outpatient Electrophysiology role. This position is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an interest in EP, arrhythmia management, and cardiac device follow-up.

You will work closely with an electrophysiologist and a multidisciplinary team to provide specialized outpatient care. The role is full-time, weekday schedule in an outpatient EP clinic focusing on rhythm

Qualifications

  • Board-certified NP or PA with current Florida licensure or eligibility.
  • Experience in cardiology or EP preferred.
  • Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new EP patients.
  • Manage established patients with arrhythmias and rhythm disorders.
  • Provide routine follow-up and longitudinal cardiac care.
  • Monitor cardiac device data and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
  • Review testing and clinical findings to guide treatment plans.
  • Educate patients regarding rhythm disorders, medications, and care plans.
  • Communicate and collaborate with electrophysiology physicians and the cardiovascular team.

Job description

Health First Medical Group is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for an outpatient Electrophysiology opportunity in Florida.

This position is well suited for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an interest in electrophysiology, arrhythmia management, and cardiac device follow-up. You'll care for a diverse outpatient population while partnering closely with an experienced electrophysiologist and multidisciplinary care team.

Clinical Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new EP patients
  • Manage established patients with arrhythmias and rhythm disorders
  • Provide routine follow-up and longitudinal cardiac care
  • Monitor cardiac device data and coordinate appropriate follow-up
  • Review testing and clinical findings to guide treatment plans

  • Communicate and collaborate with electrophysiology physicians and the cardiovascular team
