LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA benefits process.

The role focuses on accuracy in exam findings, VA form completion, and medical opinions, without patient treatment or prescribing medications. The position is part-time with a structured schedule, examining 3–5 Veterans daily, and requires security-compliant EMR use and professional, empathetic interaction

Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to perform medical assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA’s disability benefits process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting in-person disability assessments for Veterans
• Reviewing and analyzing electronic medical records via a secure web portal
• Accurately documenting exam findings and completing VA forms
• Providing medical opinions based on assessment findings

This role does not involve treatment or prescribing medication. The position is part-time, with in-person examinations, managing a caseload of 3-5 Veterans daily.
