LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a dedicated NP or PA to perform medical assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA disability process.

This on-site role focuses on accurate examinations and precise VA form completion. Review EMRs via secure portals, provide medical opinions based on assessments (no treatment or prescriptions), and manage a 3–5 veteran daily caseload with empathy and attention to detail.
