Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform disability assessments for U.S. Veterans. You will review electronic medical records, conduct focused in-person exams, and document findings in a web portal.

You will not determine disability or prescribe medications, and the primary focus is 3–5 assessments daily in a normal weekday schedule. The role includes training and support, health insurance options, and an in-person clinical setting with

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted NP or PA license (NCCPA accredited).
• Meets VA credentialing requirements.
• Proficiency in computer use.
• Interest in performing Independent Medical Assessments.

Job description

In this role, you will review electronic medical records and conduct focused, in-person physical exams on Veterans. You will electronically document exam findings via a web portal, but will not make disability determinations or prescribe medication. The primary responsibility is performing disability assessments for 3-5 Veterans daily.
