Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking a full-time primary care physician to manage a diverse patient panel, provide acute, chronic, and preventive visits, and conduct in-office, testing, and telehealth consultations.

This role emphasizes teamwork with in-person and virtual teams, supervision of colleagues, ongoing learning, and a patient-centered approach across WA licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Completed or enrolled in an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency.
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience in the past 5 years.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans for certification.
• Licensed in Washington state.
• Strong communication skills, clinical proficiency, and a passion for human-centered primary care.
• Comfortable with technology, adaptable, and open to feedback.
