Job summary

QuadMed is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Milwaukee, WI clinic. In outpatient care, you will focus on preventive medicine and quality patient interactions in an unhurried setting.

This 40-hour workweek emphasizes work-life balance and meaningful patient relationships. Qualified candidates hold a master’s degree (NP or PA), are board-certified, have 3+ years in primary care, and are proficient with EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Master's NP/PA degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum 3 years primary care experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred).
• Active, unrestricted licensure.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or within 60 days of hire.
• NPI & DEA.
• Current National Board Certification.
• May require DOT Medical Examiner Certification depending on responsibilities/location.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university
• Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
• Ability to work independently
• Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
• NPI & DEA
• Current National Board Certification
• May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification, depending on job responsibilities or location
