Job summary

QuadMed is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Milwaukee, WI clinic. The role focuses on outpatient primary care with a preventative medicine approach, supported by the Epic EMR system.

• Ability to work independently.
• Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• NPI & DEA.
• Current National Board Certification.
• May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification, depending on job responsibilities or location.
