Job summary

Ennoble Care in Maryland is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Washington County on a full-time basis. You will diagnose, treat, and coordinate care under physician supervision for a diverse geriatric population.

Qualifications

• Board Certified with an NP or PA certification in MD.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess, diagnose and treat.
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients; hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in Washington County, MD.
• Perform physical examinations and review histories to create care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations platforms.
• Deliver patient-centered care to a panel of patients.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic testing as needed.
• Prescribe medications, supplies, and appropriate interventions.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care to homebound and palliative care patients in the Washington County, MDregion on a full-time basis. You will apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician and you will care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.

What You'll Do:

• Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Washington County, Maryland.
• Assess patient's health by performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories and creating the best plan for care.
• Effectively communicate with office staff and clinical operations across various internal platforms
• Provide high quality, patient centered care to a panel of patients
• Develop impressions, diagnosis, and treatment plans
• Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits
• Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary
• Prescribe medications supplies and appropriate medically necessary interventions

What You'll Need:

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in the state of MD.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills
• Ability to confidently problem solve and operate independently
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience highly preferred but not required)

Compensation:

• $120,000- $140,000+ (depending on experience and other incentives) (Full Time)
