Job summary

One Medical is seeking a board-certified FNP or PA to join our Hanover, NH primary care team, delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.

You will manage a patient panel with acute, chronic and preventive visits, perform in-office procedures, and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds, collaborating with in-person and virtual teams across the network.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year with a fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.
• State licensed in New Hampshire before start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers; occasional tele-health visits.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual care in additional states.

What you'll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
  • 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
• State licensed in New Hampshire, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in Hanover, New Hampshire.

The base salary range for this role is $135,700 to $144,200 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
