Job summary

One Medical in Austin, TX is seeking an Advanced Practitioner (FNP or PA) to join our primary care team. You will manage a patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive care, with in-office, testing center, and tele-health visits.

You’ll collaborate with a caring clinic staff, pursue additional state licensure if needed, and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds. This full-time role includes a comprehensive benefits package and competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages, OR 1 year with additional fellowship or urgent care experience.
• State licensed in Texas, obtained by your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.

What You’ll Be Working On

Education, Licenses, And Experiences Required For This Role

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
  • 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
• State licensed in Texas, obtained by your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in Austin, TX at one of the following clinic locations Aldrich Street, Mueller, Domain Northside and South Austin.

Relocation assistance may be available for this role.

The base salary range for this role is $128,600 - $153,800 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
