• Evaluate functional capacity to perform essential job duties based on testing protocols.
• Observe candidates through lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, and range-of-motion tasks.
• Ensure testing procedures are conducted safely, consistently, and per clinical/workplace guidelines.
• Document testing results accurately and timely.
