New Solutions in Maryland is seeking a clinically strong Oncology Nurse Practitioner for a full-time outpatient role. You will work with Nuclear Medicine physicians, follow patients through their treatment journey, and participate in theranostics and radiopharmaceutical therapy training.

The position emphasizes independent assessment, patient-centered care, and collaboration within a specialized clinical team, with opportunities for professional growth.

Competenze

• Active NP credentials and state licensure.

We are looking for a clinically strong oncology NP who is interested in learning this specialized area of cancer treatment

• Monday–Friday outpatient schedule with predictable clinic hours
• No routine inpatient responsibilities
• Work closely with experienced Nuclear Medicine Physicians and physician founders
• Receive training in theranostics and radiopharmaceutical therapy
• Follow patients throughout their treatment journey
• Spend meaningful time with patients and their families
• Work with a specialized, collaborative clinical team
• Exposure to precision oncology and emerging cancer therapies

• Active Nurse Practitioner credentials and licensure
• 5+ years of outpatient oncology NP experience
• Strong solid-tumor oncology experience
• Experience independently assessing and managing oncology patients
• Comfortable reviewing labs, imaging, treatment response, and treatment plans
• Experience managing treatment-related symptoms and toxicities
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent patient and family communication skills
• Comfortable collaborating closely with physicians
