Job summary

Sora Resource Group seeks an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding network of outpatient clinics focused on precision oncology, theranostics, and innovative cancer treatments.

This role features a Monday–Friday outpatient schedule with no routine inpatient duties, close collaboration with Nuclear Medicine Physicians, and training in theranostics; travel between Bethesda and Glen Burnie is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outpatient oncology NP experience
• Strong solid-tumor oncology experience
• Experience independently assessing and managing oncology patients
• Comfortable reviewing labs, imaging, treatment response and plans
• Experience managing treatment-related symptoms and toxicities
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent patient and family communication skills
• Collaborating closely with physicians
• Ability to regularly work between Bethesda and Glen Burnie locations

Responsibilities

• Follow patients throughout their treatment journey
• Work closely with Nuclear Medicine Physicians and physician founders
• Receive training in theranostics and radiopharmaceutical therapy
• Spend meaningful time with patients and their families
• Work with a specialized, collaborative clinical team

Location: Bethesda & Glen Burnie, Maryland
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Outpatient
Compensation: $150,000–$165,000+ depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join a physician-founded, growing network of outpatient clinics focused on precision oncology, theranostics, and innovative cancer treatments.

This is an excellent opportunity for an NP with a strong outpatient oncology background who wants meaningful patient relationships, close physician collaboration, and the opportunity to learn and grow in the rapidly expanding field of theranostics.

Prior radiopharmaceutical or theranostics experience is NOT required. We are looking for a clinically strong oncology NP who is interested in learning this specialized area of cancer trea
