Job summary

International SOS is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to lead and manage a busy clinic in Sabine Pass, TX. The role combines advanced clinical practice with operational oversight, from patient assessment to medication prescribing within regulatory standards.

The position requires a Texas NP license, ACLS, BLS, and a DEA license, with at least 3 years in emergency/urgent care and occupational medicine. Expect a full‑time schedule Mon–Fri, day shifts, and a focus on safety and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of emergency/urgent care experience.
• Occupational medicine experience is required.
• Experience with Workers' Compensation, DOT, and OSHA exams desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations and deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care.
• Prescribe medications within regulatory guidelines.
• Manage rehabilitation, return‑to‑work programs in collaboration with ES&H leadership.
• Oversee medical records, audits, and adherence to procedures.
