Job summary
International SOS is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to lead a busy clinic in Reno, NV. You will deliver high-quality care, manage daily operations and ensure regulatory compliance within occupational health standards.
You will prescribe within guidelines, supervise staff, oversee pharmacy and supply control, and drive continuous improvement through audits and reporting. Licensing requirements include Texas NP license, ACLS/BLS and a DEA license; weekend shifts may be required.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of medical practice and occupational health.
- Experience with emergency/urgent care settings.
- Ability to manage occupational health programs and audits.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily clinic operations and deliver evidence-based healthcare.
- Prescribe medications within regulatory guidelines.
- Oversee occupational health programs, rehab and return-to-work.
- Ensure compliance through audits and medical record management.
- Lead and develop clinic staff performance and training.
- Oversee pharmacy security and drug control.
- Promote employee health plans and preventive care.
- Report key metrics via daily, weekly, monthly dashboards.
- Collaborate with ES&H leadership and external partners.
