Fairview Health Services seeks a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join the M Health Fairview Women’s Clinic in Burnsville. The NP will provide full-scope outpatient obstetrics and gynecology care as part of a collaborative team, working with 8 physicians and 1 Physician Assistant in a busy clinic.

The role emphasizes comprehensive patient assessment, care planning, and coordination within an established referral network, leveraging EPIC for documentation and billing processes.

Competenze

• Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited formal Nurse Practitioner training program.
• BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC.
• Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required)
• Minimum two years of experience.

• Adheres to policies and guidelines.
• Assists with regulatory surveys and credentialing.
• Manages patient care with available resources.
• Prescribes and orders ancillary services.
• Utilizes referral network.
• Manages chronic conditions.
• Provides leadership and supports staff.
• Serves as a resource and mentor.
• Participates in training and evaluation of staff.
• Engages in clinical investigations and education.
