Job summary

Medrina in Greensboro, NC seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our physician-owned group in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You’ll provide post-acute and rehabilitative care, including orthopedic recovery, stroke management, and pain control, working with a collaborative lead provider.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, autonomy in a SNF setting, and dedicated administrative support.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina (NC NP license)
• DEA license required or ability to obtain prior to start
• Minimum 1 year of clinical NP experience (SNF/geriatrics/internal medicine/rehab preferred)
• Experience managing adult/geriatric patient populations
• Strong clinical decision-making and time management
• Comfortable working independently in SNF setting

We are a growing, physician-owned medical group expanding in Greensboro, NC seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This role focuses on post-acute and rehabilitative care, including orthopedic recovery, stroke management, and pain management, working alongside a collaborative lead provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning


• Manage patients with orthopedic rehab needs, post-stroke care, and chronic pain conditions

Required Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.


• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirements.
