Job summary

HarmonyCares is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide in-home primary care for high-acuity patients in New Jersey. The clinician will emphasize patient-centered care, taking time to address each patient’s needs and coordinating with the care team.

The role requires NP licensure in the state, DEA eligibility, CPR/BLS, and a valid driver’s license. A company car is available in select markets and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a NP in the state where HarmonyCares Medical Group office is located.
• Federal DEA License/eligibility.
• Geriatric training/experience preferred.
• Active CPR/BLS Certification and Board Certification.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

The Nurse Practitioners we seek are those who have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care. The Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.
