Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time daytime role in Seattle, WA. Provide comprehensive medical care to adult and geriatric patients across post-acute, skilled nursing, long-term care and assisted living settings.

You will perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, order tests, coordinate with nursing staff and consulting providers, and maintain accurate documentation. On-call coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA-C program.
• Eligible for or holding an unrestricted license.
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority (or eligibility).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Eligible to participate in Medicare & Medicaid programs.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
