Olmsted Medical Group seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Urology team. APRN/PA will operate with autonomy, collaborate with the healthcare team, and support community health needs in a dynamic clinical setting.

Applicants should be licensed in Minnesota, have APRN/PA credentialing, and hold active board certifications. Culturally competent, adaptable, and committed to quality care are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing school with a Masters or Doctorate degree.
• Licensed as a registered nurse and as an APRN by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Certified by a national credentialing board.
• Certified by specialty.
• Must complete continuing education beyond formal education as outlined by certifying body.
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Licensed by Minnesota Board of Medicine.
• Certified by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Certification by specialty is available.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage preventive, acute, and chronic healthcare conditions as indicated.
• Prescribe medications, treatment modalities, and durable medical equipment as indicated by health condition.
• Orders and interprets laboratory and diagnostic tests; communicates results in a timely manner.
• Discuss assessments, prognosis, and treatment options to develop acceptable, affordable plans.

Incentive Plan: Eligible for a variable, or non-guaranteed, portion of compensation based on achievement of specific citizenship, quality, or other goals. This is currently 7.5% of base income.

Advanced Practice Registered Nurses - APRNs:
