Job summary

Twin Cities Physicians is seeking a full-time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to advance complex wound care in senior living and long-term care settings across Minnesota. You’ll perform advanced assessments, coordinate care with facilities, and drive healing outcomes in a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires an AGNP/CNP credential, Minnesota license, and willingness to travel within the Twin Cities Metro area. Mileage reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Responsibilities

Compensation: $120,000 to $160,000+ Total Compensation (Base Salary + Productivity Incentive Program) + Mileage Reimbursement
