Job summary

JobDiva, Inc. seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a contract opportunity at our Corporate Health Center in Worcester, MA. The pay rate is $90.00/hr and the role is 32 hours per week with schedules on Mon/Wed and Tue/Thu.

Start ASAP, end 12/31/2026 (possible extension). You will provide direct patient care, order tests, document findings, collaborate with a physician, and manage treatment plans. Acute care or urgent care experience and ANCC/AANP certification are required.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner program completed.
• Epic EMR experience preferred.
• Experience in acute care or walk-in/urgent care.
• National certification required (ANCC or AANP).
• Experience as NP in ambulatory, occupational health, family practice or ED.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage direct patient care including exams, evaluations, diagnoses and treatment.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to identify health needs.
• Document findings and form treatment plans and prognosis.
• Collaborate with physicians and health professionals on care plans.
• Prescribe medications or therapies and monitor outcomes.
• Maintain medical records.

Immediate Nurse Practitioner (NP) contract opportunity at our Corporate Health Center in Worcester, MA.

Pay Rate: $90.00/hr

Work Schedule:

• 8:00am-3:30pm (Monday and Wednesday)
• 7:00am-3:30pm (Tuesday and Thursday)
• 32 Hours Per Week

Contract Details:

• Start: ASAP
• End: 12/31/2026 (possible extension)

Job Details:

• Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses and treatment
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and health care needs.
• Records physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition.
• Collaborates with Physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan as necessary.
• Prescribes or recommends medications or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, inhalation therapy, or related therapeutic procedures.
• Maintains medical records

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Nurse Practitioner Program
• Epic experience a plus
• Experience in acute care or walk-in/urgent care
• Current national certification (ANCC or AANP)
• Prior clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting.
