Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for an immediate contract opportunity at our Corporate Health Center in San Carlos, CA. The position offers $110.00/hr with a schedule of 7:00am-4:00pm, Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, examinations, diagnostic interpretation, and collaboration with physicians to develop care plans. Requirements: NP program completion, ANCC/AANP certification, and ambulatory or acute care

Qualifications

• Completion of a Nurse Practitioner Program
• Current national certification (ANCC or AANP)
• Prior clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting.
• Epic experience a plus
• Experience in acute care or walk-in/urgent care

• Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses and treatment
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and health care needs.
• Records physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition.
• Collaborates with Physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan as necessary.
• Prescribes or recommends medications or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, inhalation therapy, or related therapeutic procedures.
• Maintains medical records
