TEEMA Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver patient-centered care in an onsite health clinic. The provider will care for patients aged 2 and older and cover primary care, acute care, and occupational health.
The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, documentation in Epic, and delivering an exceptional patient experience in a convenient onsite setting.
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative onsite health clinic. This provider will support patients ages 2 and older and should bring strong clinical experience across primary care, acute care, and occupational health.

Monday-Tuesday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Wednesday-Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Lunch: 30 minutes
Administrative Time: 30 minutes at the end of each day
Patient population includes ages 2 and older
Epic EHR
Standard office visits are scheduled for 30 minutes
Annual physicals are scheduled for 45 minutes
Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, education, and follow-up care based on patient needs
Manage both routine and acute healthcare concerns within the provider's scope of practice
Collaborate with other onsite healthcare professionals to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes
The ideal provider will have:
Nurse Practitioner licensure and appropriate board certification
Clinical knowledge and experience in primary care, acute care, and occupational health
Experience caring for a broad patient population, including patients age 2 and older
Strong assessment, diagnostic, and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to independently manage a variety of healthcare needs while collaborating effectively with the broader clinical team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Epic preferred

An additional Nurse Practitioner is onsite, providing opportunities for clinical collaboration, consultation, and shared patient support.
The selected provider is encouraged to begin training prior to the current provider's maternity leave to allow for a smooth transition and continuity of patient care.
The provider may have the week of December 21 off, if desired.
