Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for an immediate contract opportunity at our Corporate Health Center in Austin, MN. The role offers potential for permanent placement; starting ASAP with an end date of 12/31/2026 and a possible extension.

Pay is $110 per hour for a 36-hour week, with rotating 12-hour shifts. The schedule includes Week 1: Mon, Tue, Wed and Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Nurse Practitioner Program.
• Epic experience a plus.
• Experience in acute care or walk-in/urgent care.
• Current national certification (ANCC or AANP).
• Prior clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage direct patient care, including exams, evaluations and treatment.
• Order, interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests.
• Record findings and formulate care plans and prognosis.
• Collaborate with physicians and health professionals for comprehensive care.
• Prescribe medications or other treatments as needed.
• Maintain medical records.

Immediate Nurse Practitioner (NP) contract opportunity at our Corporate Health Center in Austin, MN. Note: Opportunity for permanent position

Pay Rate: $110.00/hr

Work Schedule:

• 6:45am- 7:15pm
• 36 Hours Per Week (Rotating 12 hour shifts Bi-Weekly)
• Week 1: Mon, Tue, Wed
• Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri

Contract Details:

• Start: ASAP
• End: 12/31/2026(possible extension or permanent position)

Job Details:

• Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses and treatment
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and health care needs.
• Records physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition.
• Collaborates with Physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan as necessary.
• Prescribes or recommends medications or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, inhalation therapy, or related therapeutic procedures.
• Maintains medical records
