Job summary

Legacy Medical is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team in Cheyenne and Laramie, WY. This on-site role provides high-quality, patient-centered care in senior living communities, with a sign-on bonus.

You will assess histories, develop diagnoses, create treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote preventive care and healthy outcomes.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses
• Build a rapport with the patient and explain condition and course of action effectively through written and oral communication
• Develop treatment plans based on scientific rationale, standards of care, and professional practice guidelines
• Promote preventive care and health maintenance including annual physicals, positive health behaviors and self-care through both formal and individual education and counseling
• Maintain complete and detailed records of patients' health care plans and prognoses
• Perform quality control and maintain a high standard in relation to infection control mechanisms for patient safety
• Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for patients

We are currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team in Cheyenne & Laramie WY. This position comes with a sign-on bonus!
